– European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA): Polish law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kraków, Poland.
– United States and all other countries: Florida law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pinellas County, Florida, USA.
This allocation reflects AgroGesta BRIPO’s international operational structure and ensures that disputes are resolved in the jurisdiction most closely connected to the applicable business entity.

15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable click‑through agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and AgroGesta regarding use of the Site.
